BABY BOOMERS ARE CHANGING RETIREMENT TRENDS AS THEY EXPLORE ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT STRATEGIES

 

Long Beach, CA, June 12, 2006 - A change is happening in the real estate world, boomer investors are actively and aggressively exploring investment opportunities in Commercial Real Estate as a key component of their pre-retirement strategy.  Commercial development is booming to meet the demands of a rising population and the educated boomers aren’t ready to stick their heads in the sand hoping that social security will take care of their expenses.   With a longer life expectancy, old methods of investing are out the door.  Boomers want to take control of their retirement and as a result they are significantly changing the face of the retirement paradigm.   Backing off their traditional day jobs they are seeking active investments – they want cash flow.
