Commercial Real Estate is a real and viable investment option for anyone, be they a skittish first timer or a seasoned real estate pro. It's about asking questions and finding solutions. Every potential deal is a question, and the smart investor assesses the situation, sources the information that is pertinent to that particular question, applies it, and closes!

The business of Commercial Real Estate is exciting and it's open to everyone. It is not necessary to be a billionaire mogul; it simply requires that one be educated and ready to move when the time is right. There are issues to consider, of course: how to finance, how to diversify, how to find investors for joint deals, maximizing potential, finding investment grade properties, etc...
